This policy outlines the refund terms and conditions for services provided by Slim Revolution, located in the state of Utah.

Missed Appointments

Slim Revolution does not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling options for missed, canceled, or no-show appointments. Clients are solely responsible for attending all scheduled sessions at the designated time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without adjustment in price.

Satisfaction with Services

Slim Revolution does not guarantee specific results from any treatment, session, or service. Outcomes may vary based on individual factors, including but not limited to adherence to program recommendations, health conditions, and personal effort. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund, partial refund, or credit of any kind.

All service purchases are final. No exceptions will be made for perceived lack of results or effectiveness.

Prepaid Packages

Prepaid packages are non-refundable. All sessions within a package must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Expired sessions are not eligible for credit or extension. Package transfers to another individual may be permitted upon written request and approval by management.

Legal Compliance

This policy is compliant with applicable provisions of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act. All clients are made aware of these terms prior to purchase, either electronically or in writing. By purchasing any service, package, or treatment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
