Our programs are designed for people of all fitness levels, and ages, including those who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym.  We believe in accelerating your body's natural efficiency with advanced technology and techniques that are sustainable and non-invasive.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and walking shoes. We'll provide instructions before your appointment so you know exactly what to expect. We recommend natural fabric fibers and looser fitting clothing when possible, but this is not a requirement.   We advise that some low quality synthetic fabrics with a tight fit, may transmit excessive heat from our infrared lighting to the skin, and in rare cases may cause minor discomfort or irritation.

Walk-ins are welcome for first-time visitors, subject to availability. To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, all ongoing sessions are scheduled by appointment. Unlike a crowded gym, you'll never arrive only to wait for equipment. Every visit is reserved exclusively for you, providing a personalized, VIP experience with dedicated one-on-one coaching, support, and access to our wellness technologies so you can stay focused on achieving your goals.
